Gulfood is the world’s biggest annual food and hospitality show where international flavours find world-class business.
Established 26 years ago, Gulfood has a well-deserved reputation within the food and hospitality industry, delivering spectacular returns on investment.
Under the theme ‘International Flavours, World Class Business’, Gulfood 2014 will provide a vast trade and sourcing platform for exporters, buyers, exhibitors and visitors alike, as well as hosting a number of lucrative networking opportunities, competitions and live events.
This year’s show is set to expand by 13%, bringing the number of international pavilions to 110 with over 4200 exhibitors. The strong conference line-up aims to focus on global trade strategy through The Food Leaders Summit, giving industry experts a chance to share their own research and market analysis. Other highlights include the hugely successful Emirates Culinary Guild Salon Culinaire with more than 1,300 young chefs competing to become the next star and the 4th Baking and Pastry Guild Middle East Competition.
To further add to the profile of this event, many agricultural and export ministers are also expected to attend and will use this occasion to collaborate and broker future trade agreements through our Ministers Meet programme.
